Lets beat Joe!!
I was browsing the Golden State Tri website and found the finish times for the Sprint from last year. So, I now have a goal.... to beat Joe Fraser -- he was the one who finished last in the 2006 race. I mean, really, do we want to be listed as the last one to finish, I think the only thing worse would be to be listed as DNF (did not finish), which there were a few who didn't. Here are Joe's times:
Joe Fraser 47 MALE
Swim: 0:42:01
Bike: 1:22:37
Run: 0:46:39
Overall: 2:51:17
LETS BEAT JOE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! I am impressed
I am impressed by your blogging knowledge Tami!! Great tips. Got any "great tips" for getting my lazy self to the gym to swim? deedee
Always use a title
Hey guys and gals-
Here's a few tips...
Click on "New Post" at the top right hand corner of the home page, in order to create a new blog. To comment on someone else's blog, click on the "links to post" button immediately beneath the blog you want to comment on. Always use a title when creating a new blog...it makes viewing comments much easier b/c the reader can just click on the title name and it will expand to show all the comments. I think we just have to sign our name at the end of each blog b/c it doesn't automatically show who the author of each blog is. One way to view the author of each blog, is to click on "New Post" on the home page. Then click on "Return to list of posts" at the bottom of the next page. It will then show all of the blogs and comments and who the author of each one is. How did we get so out of touch with technology? Tami

Not sure how this part works. I logged in fine, looked at all your entries, then tried to add my own... but hit a roadblock when I selected 'Compose' an entry. It wouldn't let me compose anything! I had to add this in in 'edit html' mode.. so I do not know if it will work.
So, what do we write about on here? How lame I was by sleeping in Sunday morning and missing the group run?!
